Replacement Filter Kit

I ordered a replacement filter kit for my Shark vacuum. The filters arrived damaged. They looked like they had been exposed to extreme heat as there were multiple "burn" marks on them. I called customer service and requested new kit. I was well accommodated and received the new filters about a week later. These too had evidence of damage. The same "burn" spots as the previous order. Once again, I called to request another set. The person I talked to kept asking questions about my vacuum and the vacuum cord. Both have nothing to do with the filter conditions. They were "new" sealed in plastic. I received my third order of filters and they too are spotted with yellowish "burns". These kits are $34.00 each. I only had to pay for one but out of the three orders received, I have one complete set that is undamaged. Very frustrating. It was immediately apparent that these were damaged. I wonder why/how/who packaged up damaged goods and thought it was ok.
