Update by user Nov 22, 2019 Oh forgot to mention I had to pay full amount of $2300 to the Lexus dealership for replacing my radio/navigation unit. Update by user Nov 22, 2019 2/22/2019 - Sedgwick claims rep promised to call and let me know if they willing to cover the cost of the repairs. It’s my week number 2 waiting for a call back or email. So far nothing. Will wait for another week. If Sedgwick will not reimburse me I am not sure what to do next. Original review posted by user Oct 23, 2019 I did drop my Lexus RX350 at sears to replace a battery for the winter. Everything was working. Picked up my car in 1.5 hours and realized that navigation, back up camera, USB port nothing works. Went back in 10 min. They took my car back in and hold it for 2 days (good it was Saturday and Sunday) but unfortunately they were not able to fix it. They sent me to the Lexus dealership to do the diagnostics. They opened a claim with Sears insurance company Sedgwick. At the present time Sedgwick says I will have to pay for the diagnostics approx around 500$, if diagnostics report will reveal that damage was caused by Sears then I will get reimbursed. On the other hand dealership says if system got broken and will not come back to life no report would be produced. It will need to be totally replaced! I am very frustrated and upset with Sears since they took my car when everything was working I have a checklist from sears when they took my car in initially. I am not sure what to do next.
