Replace faulty electric blanket

The electric blanket had a short. I had ordered a new controler off ebay for 21.00 The blanket still did not work. E2 showed on both controlers. Customer service stated its cose for a short. I am to receive a replacement soon. Not sure where the tracking is so hopeful to get it soon. User's recommendation: Costumer service helpful.
