I had to replace two of the knock out roses. I talked to a wonderful lady at Cottage Farms her name was Karen. Great manners I will do business with Cottage Farms again. Karen asked me my name and entered it in their computer and found my purchase. The Roses will be sent out in mid March User's recommendation: Excellent service easy to work with.
