Repeated Payment problems

I pakced 2 separate orderes, after recieving confirmation emsils, i recieved later orders pending emails due to payments problems althouvh both amunts were duducted from my account .. which made me cancel both ordrs just incase .. please advice why i keep recieving prnding emails after confurming my orders
