Original review updated by user Aug 03, 2021 Ive had my flight changed four times by JetBlue in five months. Each change more inconvenient than the last. I believe they want us to cancel and rebook in the future at the now significantly higher fare rates from when we originally booked in April. Customer service seems to try but it usually cant do anything. That is if you want to wait on hold for over an hour to speak with someone. The ONLY reason Im dealing with this crap is to keep the low fare I got. User's recommendation: Don’t bother if you don’t have to.
