Repeated charges

My bank is repeatedly being charged 39.95 monthly for something I have never asked or agreed to. This is a ripoff. Tried calling and only received a automated recording. I need all my monies returned. My bank cant seem to fix it so, Im gonna get an attorney to help me. User's recommendation: Do not use! I’ve never even ordered anything!
