Repayment loan still increasing

I repay my loan yesterday but my account has not been updated and the loan is increasing, I transfer the money through account I always received the loan from, I sent all evidence but yet no one is working on it the response I always get is TICKETS CLOSED and the money is increasing User's recommendation: High.
