Purchased expensive power leather furniture by flexsteel. Unfortunately, purchased extended warranty (Guardsman) with furniture. My recliner footrest is stuck in the fully out position.It took about 3 weeks in the queue for a tech to come out. He identified the problem as a broken power wire inside the motor. Naturally, he did not have a replacement motor so, back in the queue, for them to order the motor. Eight days later the motor is ordered. The lead time for the motor is 4-8 weeks. It will be shipped to me. Then I call when I receive it. And, (Wait for it)… back in the queue for another technician. Customer Service could not be more unapologetic. It took so long to answer that I had to shave at the end of the call.
