RepairPartsPlus -Awful experience

I ordered an LCD screen for my phone from RepairPartsPlus. The package arrived loosely in a box with random tools and no instructions other than not to remove screen cover until installation was complete. Once the installation was complete, we removed the screen cover and the screen was cracked. I immediately emailed and called the company. I was rudely told that I could not be helped because the warranty was void, and then the person hung up on me. The part was not cheap. I feel like I just through money in the trash. You do not get what you order off of their website, nor do they tell you that they are not sending you everything you need to complete the installation. RepairPartsPlus is a manipulating company set out to make a quick dollar off of the consumers.
