after having had several good experiences with them, i received a watch[ $529 }which proved to be defective. they gave me permission to return it for repair/replacement.after a very long time and several emails and phone calls to them, i was told it had been sent { 7/30/19 }. no tracking # given. it has not arrived. i reached out to them several times about it and now they don't respond. i've had such a good relationship with them for so long can't figure out what has happened. don't wish to rate yet.
