Repair was not completed after sending it to them

The basket would not lock into place on my EM-200 espresso machine, so I sent it back for repair. After waiting for a month, I got it back only to see that it STILL had the same problem!!! They did NOTHING to it! Had to wait another month for another label because they didn't send it. Now I am taking it back to UPS to wait another god knows how long to see if they even bother to fix it this time! No one there gives a *** either! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY CUISINART! ITS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE.
