I e-mailed the Della Company several times with no reply. I have 2 phone numbers given to me by Walmart that I think are not correct. I will try again Monday ( tomorrow) to call them, but I was informed by a former number I tried that Della is only reachable by e-mail. I am older and disabled and simply want the washer repaired or replaced. They are ignoring me and due to my disability I cannot go to a laundromat to wash. We are running out of clean clothes and I need something to happen fast. Can you please help me. The item is under manufacturier as well as Walmart warranty and nobody wants to take responsibility to help me. Thank you for checking on the status of the claim I am frustrated and helpless.
