3-year-old La-Z-Boy leather recliner has a crack in the leather. Warranty paperwork says it covers "Cracking or peeling of top grain leather in seating areas". Claim was denied because the seating area is "worn". We paid $79 for a 5-year warranty that, apparently, doesn't cover anything. Total scam. We won't even give them a rating of 1 single star. User's recommendation: Do NOT waste your money!
