Repair centre sends me my pair of glasses back telling me “it the best they have done”

I have sent through a pair of Rayban glasses to the Sunglass guy repair centre to adjust the frame due the glasses falling and the frame went off shape. it was a light weight pair and it wasn't a very hard fall.I received the glasses back and I cant imagine how the repair centre that represents the brand expects me to wear a glasses looking like that. I have spent almost R3000 on that pair and the agent tells me well if I send it back and it snaps I must be willing tto take full responsibility of it. Absolutely pathetic customer service from the Sunglasses hut repair center. User's recommendation: Dont support the brand as they customer service is pathetic!
