Now that I'm here I see that other people have had this problem - shoulda come here first. I ordered a watch from these guys and it would run for 20 minutes or so, then stop. I would shake it for minutes at a time (to wind it) and it would run for another 15 nminutes, then stop. When I wrote to sales about it, they were very friendly about offering a return, so I sent it out to their address, and suddenly all the nice communication stopped. No watch, no money, no emails. More than 60 days now. You know, there's a lot of watch companies out there, if you want to buy a watch, I wouldn't go here.
