Rented 3 movies. One wouldn’t stream, other two worked fine.

Reached out to chat service with FandangoNow after problems streaming a movie. Had just completed two other movies from them that played flawlessly. They had me reboot my Roku and still movie would not play. They turned it over to their Coporate office instead of just having me delete and re download for a movie I HAD JUST PURCHASED HOURS EARLIER. Almost 7 days later I get an email stating all the things that it “could be” including slow internet. Whatever. Don’t waste your time or money on these guys.
