Rental rate changed after 2 months

Uhaul located at 4440 University Drive, Huntsville Alabama charged me late fee even though payment was set on auto bill. They then proceeded to change my storage rental rate after two months. I have called and visited the site, and been given the run around. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. User's recommendation: Stay away!
