I called rental owner, she seems distressed and hung up on me while calming speaking to her. She told me she was rushed to hospital. I expressed regret and told her we should just cancel since she was having a bad day and I found her property unacceptable. I advised her we found her home was left unlocked and door was wide open and not locked. Her bathrooms were not cleaned. I told her I wanted to cancel due to condition of her house and her medical emergency. She explained she was rushed to hospital with a serious condition. I feel bad for her but we cannot accept a subpar situation.in an ambulancehung up on me????
