This company are nothing but slumlords. They do no repairs and make the renters do all repairs on their own including pest control. They charge way too much money to live in the conditions they make you stay in. Our front door will not lock and the landlord will not fix it leaving us vulnerable for a go very. Do not rent from them, it will make your life a living help. Mold in the bathroom, tile falling out of the wall and a major leak in the basement that was repaired and the cleanup left to us. I have severe asthma and can barely take a shower due to mold allergy. I have had 2 asthma attacks in here since I moved in a month ago due to the building.
