I am dealing with Carolina Chrysler/Jeep in Elizabeth City NC. They are and have been wonderful in expediting my 2017 Jeep's hood repair/replacement due to a warranty issue on it's defective hood and refinish. It has been approved and going to body shop 8-16. I will need a rental car while in for repairs.I am told by their body shop that it could be there for up to 2 weeks. Please help me on this issue. I am in the process of replacing my other vehicle, ( a 2009 Mercury), and really would like another Chrysler product as I traded in a 2018 Buick that we were not happy with for this Jeep we always wanted.The vehicle's case number is by it's vinn.#1C4RJFAGOHC730178. User's recommendation: Nothing to date back from Chrysler. No e-mail, no phone call, no mail correspondence. Not impressed!
