I need to know why my app took so long. Well over a week. Then I call and speak to Gabriel, verify income etc. then I wait days. Then finally he tells me its denied. Im livid. Last year. I applied with you all. Then with another nationwide rental company. I got accepted by both!! Nothing has changed. Income is more, and my credit actually went up a couple points. My credit isnt best, but you all accepted it last year. I have rented a apt for 2 years. And this house Im currently in, I pay 2045.00 I have contacted rentgrow, and Im awaiting a answer.
