I lived in one of Morgan properties in New Jersey for 51/2 years so my least was up told them i was not renewing it since I was moving to a senior building well Jessica in the office locked herself in doing eviction notices back in May and automatically did a lease without my knowledge never seen the lease or signed one she said she sent me and email that was a lie so paid my rent till August 1st and moved on August 15th gave them notice in writing well being hit with a 1300.00 breaking a lease fee a fee for breaking the wall which their incompetent maintenance men did putting in the ac unit and never came back to fix it they also put me on national credit collections im a 65 year old woman who took very good care of the apartment I have sent them emails but been ignored so now going to sue I am on ssa and these fees are ridiculous Jessica in the office is a liar User's recommendation: don't ever rent from them the apartment I live in was Parkview Apts filthy and digusted mice and roaches definitely would not recommend.
