After reading these reviews I went on the IL website and clicked NOT to renew my six month subscription months ago. I just found a charge on my Discover card. Called IL and told them it was unauthorized and they said they would delete the charge. This really aggravates me. I signed up for the 6 month introductory offer and they took it upon themselves to charge my Discover card. I called the number that appeared on my Discover invoice. The rep was polite enough and asked me why I cancelled. I will follow up with Discover to make sure that the charges really are reversed. Very inconvenient.
