My 2016 duster suddenly without any causes started juggling as if a tire is loose, and this happened exactly on the day the 3 year warranty ends (20/7/2019) and I couldn't get to the dealership on the same day, so i went a couple of days later to a certified maintenance center called French Motors and they could not identify the problem, and i had to leave as they told me there is nothing we can do, you have to go to the dealership!! So i had to book an appointment which was 3 days later . So i had to submit the car the past Thursday1/8/2019 to the dealership. They kept it there through the whole weekend and then called me today to tell me that the front right coupling is ruined -although i never had any problems or accidents or even street bump other than the normal- This diagnosis had to be made almost 2 weeks after it first happened which was the last day of my warranty! I'm absolutely disappointed, the car was always maintained in the certified center by the dealership till the 70, 000 kilometers (now its 70, 800) And then this happens.. what makes things worse is that they tell me it will cost me 13, 000 Egyptian pounds just for the spare part! Not even with the fixing fees! I'm extremely disappointed and regretting buying a renault.
