I had a test scheduled today (this was my third time taking this particular test). The prior two times told me I could show my certificate of eligibility as a digital copy. This proctor today told me they would not accept that and needed a hard copy. Okay fine, let me reschedule my test then. I call PSI and they told me it's "proctor's discretion" and due to this proctors discretion that differed from the other two I've dealt with, I was out my money. I literally spent $45 today for a proctor to decide not to let me in. They could have at least rescheduled me or refunded me for their proctors not being on the same page.
