On March 8 2016 www.solidtechies.com undertook a remote clean of my laptop at a cost of A$599.00, it took 30 hours an all they did was remove my Norton and add 5 free online programs without the knowledge of the companies who's property they used. fortunately they did not work on my main computer that they convinced me would have the same problem and I have been charged A$179.00, although I was told if not happy before 30 days I would receive a full refund, another A$14.99 came out of my card March 11 these people are very well trained in every except computers -unethical behaviour- unauthorised credit card charges-unscrupulous lies. I have been offered a half refund that I refused and then assured that it was sent to the 'refund department'(the next deck) for a full refund within 72 hours -I still live in hope.
