Remdesivir medicine hasn’t received yet.

They called as on 15th May. They said to us that they deliver the Remdesivir medicine to the Bharath medical college and hospital, selaiyur within 48 hrs. But we didn't receive the medicine till now. What can we do? Pls reply to us
