Remains with ongoing problems

We have had technical service x2 visit our home both times these expert technical men, hired by Optimum because they dont have enough technical people to assess &;;;;;;;;;;; or repair problems. These men have advised us that Optimum must send repair truck to fix the break in our connection, most likely caused by squirrels chewing through fiber optic wires. We had no service again 2/10/2021 from shortly after 12PM until 1AM 2/11/2021. My husband has had to make special arrangements with employer because he was unable to get his work to office due to no WiFi. We also have an appointment made in advance with our accountant for electronically having our taxes completed. User's recommendation: Don’t trust Optimum!!!
