Rels Valuation – Improper Comps
Rels Valuation used improper comps to deliberately reduce the valuation of our home while working through the PMI removal process. No house had the same bathroom bedroom makeup as well as square footage of the home. Deliberately chose homes with lower overall value, size and offerings to reduce the evaluations. I'd love to provide a BBB dispute but to no surprise their local office isn't registered. Avoid at all costs. Ask for a different appraiser who isn't affiliated with the big banks.
