May 15, 2015 David Saunders sent copy of a lease for Sun Edison to put solar panels on our property, to Carolyn Knight, our lawyer for her to review and saying Sun Edison paid up to $1000.00 for her services once lease was signed. I paid Carolyn Knight a retainer of a $1000.00 down . She reviewed lease and sent us feed back that we asked for charging $847.50. David Saunders then reassured us that we would receive that money back once we signed the lease. We signed lease and never received any payment from them. I have been in contact with David Saunders, he passed me over to Jonathan Frank, who said I would receive payment in July. Now Jonathan Frank no longer with Sun Edison so got passed on to Michelle Chislett who also said we would receive payment. Have left several emails and messages with David, Michelle and Sun Edison and still no response or payment.
