Reimbursement for cancellation

I need support from you. Last August I and 2 coworker did reservation for 15 days on Sleep Inn Hermosillo Son, Mexico. at time that we did check inn, we pay all days that we booked. but after 2 days was necessary to cancel because our project was canceled and back our home, we informed to front desk our decision for cancel, and , we did the request for money back on Aug 22, 2019, and until now we don't receive the pending amount. Who can support in this matter, because I tried calls to hotel and sent Emails and do not received feedback or call back
