Registration process

This is the worst web service that I have ever utilized for a financial service, the worst. I go through the online verification process, register successfully, and then receive a reply that I will get a response email in 7-14 days, then I can access my account. Hey, this is 2021. Letters do not arrive in the mail due to USPS incompetence. Certainly there has to be a better registration process.
