regarding repairing of my phone

hi, i've submitted my motorola xplay 32 GB phone for repairing in service centre on 25th october 2016 they told me that phone will be repaired in 20-25 days maximum. then after i has continuous follow-up on mails customer care but they not giving proper response till date, last update that they say, no confirmation when you will get back, they keep on giving date to me. if so much of issue was there why was'nt they replace my phone as because it is under warranty, i've only used my phone for 2months approx.
