Regarding Perks program

Your company did not make it clear that there would be a recurring monthly fee of$14.95 .I paid full shipping charges and had my bill of.before this new charge showed up.I liked the companies products and services before this issue.I would like a refund of the August fee.And not to be charged for the perks program,starting with the Aug. And Sept. Charges.I have not received any benefit from them.The fee will be a financial burden.
