Regarding my credit card limit

Dear sir , At the time of taking the card, it was said that the limit of 100000 will be available, then when the card arrived, the limit of 35000 was found bad I was told that the limit will be increased but it took 3 years to use the card But still the card. If the limit is not increase then please increase the limit of sir card so that we can do that card....
