Regarding maturity of FDs

I invested fund by purchasing 3 FDs in 2010 and shuld be matured in January 2020 however, nothing is received till date. Can you please help or provide solution? The FDs issued by Almora - Uttrakhand branch. Please let me know what furter details are needed from my side? Thanks Mahesh Joshi
