Regarding Insurance

I have asked the representative to provide me full insurance coverage for the rental car. She told she have given me full coverage includes collision damage waiver and liabilities. I have met with an accident, after the incident i came to know that she has not provided liability insurance to me. I am in a situation to pay liability charges of 750$ where i have not done any mistake. I am not sure what to do also. I am not in a position to pay that huge amount. WHen i contacted them they are not even answering my concerns appropriately. I am not sure what to do in this situation also.
