Dear sir, It is to inform you that I had purchased one maruti swift car from the stan auto ludhiana in the month of october 2010 in the name Radhu Ram Chugh.After certain period of time a stone was struck in the front window of my car while overtaking truck. This Curvature type of crack was further elongated. So I went to Stan Auto and requested to replace same but he accepted through insurance policy.In this way I will have to pay.In my opinion that the front window glass is not toughened. The indication of crack lines is so harmful for the front seaters if it is broken .I am also dealing in the glass line and also manufacturing furnaces specially for toughened glass and glass bending. So the indication of curvature line cracks proves that window front glass is in the soft state .SO it is requested that your good self would be gracious enough to go through my problems and help me for its replacement.My car is still laying in the stan auto.
