Regarding EMI

I had made a written request to facilate emi on my current outstanding with applicable intrest for 12 months to clear my card dues as due to covid i am unable to only pay mininum amount and outstanding remaing the same i also want to change my registere mobile no and to clear my outstanding to clear my debit Hope to get favourable response and do the needfull Thanks Ashish khera 981860**** Hope
