Regarding a recent mailing for an address change

VOYA sent out a letter regarding an address change. They did not include a phone number. Googled VOYA phone called , waited 10 minutes to speak to someone then I was disconnected. Terrible customer service. User's recommendation: Do not do business with VOYA.
