My account is not activated for whatever reason. Having trouble when trying to purchase tickets at the theater. Please advise if there are issues that I am unaware of. I love going to the movies so I would like guidance on how to correct my subscription issue. My payment method is up to date. I am also unable to get into contact with an actual representative to discuss the issues I am having. TIA
