Refusing to refund

I was looking at an out-of-state car, and paid $149 on Lemonsquad.com for an inspection on Jul-12. Lemon Squad organized the inspection for Jul-15. In the weekend, the dealer sold the car to someone else. So, they could not complete a service for a particular that I requested. The invoice that I have clearly shows the vehicle and the dealer that I requested the service. Now they are refusing to refund me the money, and they say that I can use the funds for another vehicle. However, the issue is that I do not want to use the service anymore at all. Order number 378000
