Refusing to refund cancelled ticket

- Called airline - said they will refund cancelled flights 100%, but I need to process via travel agent. - Tried calling Vayama to start process to get refund - got voicemail saying they won't answer phone calls. - Went to website to process via my Vayama account: - got pop-up saying they will accept refund requests only via e-mail - and the e-mail address is on the e-ticket. - TAKE A LOOK AT THESE TICKETS - WHERE IS THERE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS??? - Bottom line: Seems like they plan to just keep the money!
