Refusing to give service for paid services

I have been an unlimited member in two area and have purchased 12+ wax passes as well and today I have fully paid for two unlimited memberships and still have passed left on my wax pass and am being refused services o any kind because my bank froze my card and I will have access next week BUT the payment they are attempting to put isn’t for any service request I am having done today!!
