Go mart on railroad street in elkins wv has refused to sell me a carton of cigarettes due to wanting to pay for 2 at a time to get my discounts they say they can lose their job so i have to go to the one on Beverly 5 lane in order to get my cigarettes at discount price. They also don't know how to get sales right very rude and lazy people working there
