Update by user Aug 02, 2021 As of August 2, 2021, Michael Todd Beauty still refuses to give me a refund. They wanted me to file a police report for their 'lost' package, I told them if they wanted a police report then they could do the work themselves since they are the one that lost it. I went back and forth with them on the Better Business Bureau website but got no where, the website notified me that they were closing it as 'address and responded but consumer remains dissatisfied.' Original review updated by user Jul 01, 2021 I paid for a sonic clear petite $126.00, they claim they sent it but then that it was lost, so they send another one. When I finally get it, the brush doesn't even spin, so I return it but they wont refund my money because they claim that I haven't returned their lost one, the one THEY LOST! Apparently, they claim it was delivered but I still haven't received it! That I should make a police report for it, and even then there is no guarantee of a refund. Horrible company!!! User's recommendation: save your money!
