After successfully using competing cashback sites for over a decade, BeFrugal stands alone as the only on that appears to intentionally withhold cashback. My very first purchase should have been a warning as they removed the cashback after initially reporting it. After I contacted them, they admitted it happened to many customers that particular day due to a glitch and they would look into. After further correspondence they decided to fix the issues by only giving me half of the cashback I deserved. I let this one go. After a few successful but small cashback transactions (all under $2.00), I decided to try them for a larger purchase that would easily get me to minimum threshold to cash out the $10 signup bonus. Of course after not seeing the cashback I followed up to inquire to the missing cashback. After initially crediting me, they decided the merchant would not honor the cashback and sent me a canned response that I must have used a coupon or done something wrong. There were no coupons of any type used and after earning $1000's at competing sites I am well aware of best practices using these types of sites. Disappointing and can not recommend.
