Refuses to give refund

I ordered several swimsuits from this online company after being reassured by customer service that returns and exchanges were welcome (buying clothing online doesn't allow for trying items on before purchasing). I received a few items and notices of "back ordered" for the rest. I canceled the order and returned the items received. I completed the required paperwork for a full refund. 7 months later and I have received nothing. Any communication I have submitted has been ignored. I submitted a chargeback complaint through my bank and Beach bliss refuted it, submitting my original order as "proof that I made the purchase". They did not submit my customer account page (I have a copy) that shows the items as "returned" and "some items not shipped". I filed a complaint with the BBB and discovered that they have been graded with a "D" because of (surprise) 30 complaints of refusal to give refunds. This company should be charged criminally for stealing money.
