REFUSES REFUND

Due to COVID 19 Pandemic, I had to cancel Lufthansa flight and the company now refuses to refund cost of purchasing premium seats ($600) even though no service used and cancellation was made because of global pandemic and health reasons. Lufthansa robs customers of cash User's recommendation: Do not fly Lufthansa ever.
